Requirements for Registration

Birth Certificate

  • Long version of Birth Certificate with parents(s) name(s), (compulsory for Canadian born students)
  • If born outside of Canada: Canadian Citizenship Card OR Confirmation of Permanent Residence IMM 5292 or 5688 OR valid Permanent Residence card  OR Certificat de Sélection du Québec RA or R8
  • IMPORTANT:  PASSPORT REQUIRED IF NOT BORN IN QUEBEC OR CANADA
  • You must be 16 as of June 30, current school year

Documents

  • Relevé de notes/ any previous marks
  • VALID Medicare card
